So when the official android 10 comes out Will there be an update in the settings or am I gonna have to discontinue the Beta and then update?

Once the official version is available you can update to it by going to Settings > Software update > Download Updates Manually.

You won't have to discontinue the beta. you might even get the update before others not in the beta. not guaranteed, but it's happened before.
