Pin required to power OFF

Not sure if it's just mine or if everyone else has experienced this but when I power my phone off completely, it asks for my pin or fingerprint to do it. Not sure if it's a bug or everyone else's is doing the same.

it's not a bug, it's how it's been on Samsung phones for quite a while actually. I remember someone stole my phone a few months back and they couldn't turn it off so I tracked it and found it before they could do anything with it.

This is also the first time I've seen it. But sanibo has a good point of why we should keep it enabled (if it's an option)
