I use textra, but am interested in rcs, so have been repeatedly checking both Google and Samsung messaging apps for rcs availability.
Twice now, while checking Google messages, rcs was available, but only briefly. I'm not sure if I checked Samsung messages and then when switching back, rcs was no longer available or what, but for whatever reason rcs was gone.
This happen to anybody else, if so any resolution as to why Google messages rcs is intermittent on unlocked s10 and att?
this is for sure interesting and upon reading this it also changed for me on Google messages. I am on the Verizon Network so I doubt it's solely an AT&T issue
yeah I have the same situation as you with phone and carrier. You are able to see it for a short second but it's still not supported yet on ours phones so we have to wait a little bit longer. I think it just shows up because it doesn't know that our phones aren't supported just yet.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
