Samsung DeX not loading

When I plug into Samsung DeX Pad and use the PC app... the screen only shows black with the icons on the bottom not opening, can only expand the arrow icons.  Additionally my S10+ while plugged in goes haywire.  The screen shifts from landscape to vertical and will open apps as it does it.  I have tested my son's S8 and wifes note 9 both on the connections with no issues.  My S10 worked on DeX prior to Beta update.

oh and yes I have cleared all caches on all three of the DEX apps and have reset my phone.

The one about the DeX PC Beta download? that doesnt solve the issue that I have with the DeX Pad as there is nothing to download.

Ask @Calder & Samsung Fanboys (Guardians of the Galaxy), as he/they keep on trolling everyone that his/their phone has ZERO problems & perfect, 🤣😁😆.

But in the serious note, I already FACTORY RESET my phone, and still having that problem.

WE know it's BETA, but SAMSUNG need to do something about it, and don't listen to those LIARS & IMBECILES that keep on saying that their phones has ZERO problems.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.
