Samsung Kids starts automatically on restart

Anyone that is using Samsung Kids (formerly Kids Mode) on their phone experiencing it showing in the notification area automatically after a restart?

Yes. But it didn't start for me until I used kids mode for the first time.

I started kids mode for the first time ever to try it out. But after it kept freezing and force closing I stopped using it.

Then after every reboot I got the that same message. I force stopped the Samsung Kids app repeatedly. But it still came back.

Then I found another app running in my apps called something like "Samsung Kids Setup" or something like that. I force stopped that app and the notification never came back.

I uninstalled it on my phone
