So, I took a screenshot and wanted to share to a friend. I was using WhatsApp messenger, when I tried to hit "share" and select WhatsApp, and select the person that I want it to be send the image won't attach itself to the message. Instead it just opens the chat with that person. I have to manually attach the image. Anyone else have this issue?

I saw this same behaviour just sharing a previously taken image from the Gallery

definitely some issues with WhatsApp and pictures here too. may be gallery and camera problems
