Sending Feedback to Samsung

Anyone notice that Samsung send generic replies to feedback that makes you wonder if your feedback was even read / understood?

I sent several detailed feedbacks only to receive generic replies asking me to update to the latest software which clearly indicate that my feedback wasn't fully read as it already indicated several times that my software is fully up to date....

The only ones I got something other than the generic replies on was 2 asking for more data. The first one was saying I needed to include screenshots etc for reporting that the search function on this app still isn't working and the second was asking for the same thing when I reported the sound decreased when using a game etc. I asked how can I provide screenshots of the sound changing they said their sorry for the poor experience and to upgrade to the newest version of the beta which I was already on and had reported it for without any option for a reply

they sent me this even though i always do, so now, i send a screenshot of the send logs checked with all feedback

I even wonder about that one. I got the exact same reply word for word and I know I did send a log, I always send logs.

I got a few of those as well, and same here, I don't close the app and send the logs. really frustrating

I'm just barely getting replies from beta 3 and 4 saying those were already fixed I replied to them and said I sent those during Beta 3 and 4 not yesterday.
