My settings are completely inoperable. Whether I click the cogwheel in the notification screen, go to the app, ask Bixby to open the settings, or search for settings it will not open. Sometimes it'll revert right to the home screen when I click settings icon and sometimes it will show a force close message. I have power cycled the phone, cleared the cache, and forced stop. Nothing has worked. Is anyone else having this issue, have you found a fix.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
