Smart Caller ID

Why aren't you able to add a Caller ID contact to your contact list? 

If you go to add it the fields are blank maybe give a popup to see if we would like to use that information. You already have access to it why not provide it to use if we want to put it in your phone book.

The smart caller ID has stopped working for me since being on the beta. Are you using an unlocked phone or carrier?

I am using an factory unlocked device on AT&T. The Hiya smart ID function has be spotty since on Beta also for me. In general it will work.

Other times the contact info will show up then disappear.

Nevermind it is working for me now, it never worked for me until this beta 4.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.
