Social media Apps and others freezing

Anyone else having a problem with apps freezing your phone? ...mostly on mine it has meen twitter all the time and instagram and Facebook sometimes. It will freeze n I have to go to the home page just to use the gesture to close the app and open it again and most of the time that works but this is annoying.

yes this same thing happens to me, i just go to settings >apps>twitter>clear cache.
