specific Google apps from Play Store

Received a free year of Disney + from Verison. Went to download the app from Google Play store after seeing up my Disney account and got the notice upon teeing to download that THIS DEVICE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION. 

Disney had assured me that my phone should download this app.  Any ideas why this would happen or how to fix it?

It won't work until we get the stable android 10 update.

because you are running beta software...you'll have to wait till the beta is over and Adroid 10 is officially released.

As others mentioned. If you had looked a little bit., you would have seen 20 other Threads on this same issue .

You officially won't be able to download it till Official Android 10 is released, or you Op Out of Beta Program, and re install Android 9!

I wonder how long that will be. one thing I will guess at. beta six is sure to happen. good luck out there people

It would be nice to have a time period of when it is actually officially released.im having the same problem and dont want to wait until next year.

then rollback to Android 9. We might not see an official release till next year...

Here's the fix from the Disney + thread earlier in the week: In order to install Disney plus install the apk pure app https://m.apkpure.com/apkpure/com.apkpure.aegon/download?from=aegon_m) and then in the app search for Disney Plus and install from there. After you install Disney Plus you can uninstall the apk pure app (you will probably need it to update the Disney Plus app though)
