From what I've seen through the beta programs the update comes in waves by region.

exactly and US is a region and Sprint and Unlocked users got it but not T-Mobile, are you saying T-Mobile is a region now for itself?

Sprint and Unlocked are actually ahead of us as they've been getting it for hours. A few T-mobile users are popping up as well with the S10+ getting it a little behind the rest 😇

From what I have seen T-mobile has played it cautious ever since the bug that affected user locking them out of their phones. They're more cautious than the other carriers.
