Time in upper left corner

Can someone tell me how can I bring back the option where I'm seeing the time constantly and not when I screenshot things. Not sure if this happened when I join the beta or was it always doing it. But I just notice it today.

I noticed that too! it seems to me that the time only pops up when theres a notification

this seems to be a sprint issue only. sprint will modify prior to the beta going to production.
