any one else having trouble installing apk from 3rd party

When I download apks from the web usually I get the option to in stall it will bring up configAPK to install but now nothing tells me there is no activity found to handle intent

Depends on which browser you're using. Have you tried looking in your download folder? The APK may be there waiting for you to install.
