Voicemail App Missing

I did a factory data reset after upgrading to the beta, but now the preinstalled voicemail App is Missing? I don't see it integrated into the phone App, how can I reinstall?

see if it is hidden. hold down home screen in empty spot for a few sec. look for hidden apps.

not hidden. shows up under System Apps but not in App drawer

I have the preinstalled T-Mobile voicemail app with no issue
