Wallpaper is blurred?

I have noticed since Beta 3 update. That sometimes I will be on the home screen but my background will just be blurred when it normally isn't, anyone else noticing that?

i do not, but i do notice my background color flickering.

A blurred wallpaper could happen if the picture file does not match the display size of screen.  

The smaller S10e has a HD+ display of 2280 x 1080 resolution and the larger S10-S10+ has a 6.1-inch screen far sharper with a Quad HD+ 3040 x 1440 display. Try and find wallpapers compatible with the resolution of your samsung device.

Yes, I reported it.
It's with one of the default wallpapers, and only after transitions from times it would be blurred in the background. But not every time.

Another possible solution is using settings to manually customize the color settings via SETTINGS > DISPLAY > SCREEN MODE > VIVID > ADVANCED SETTINGS

I turned off "apply dark mode to wallpaper" and that seems to have stopped the extra blurring as well as the flickering.

yeah I don't think apply to wallpaper does anything since this update.

Unfortunately, the blur is back after all, though less frequently. Still no flickering though!

happens to me a lot I have to open and close it and then it'll go into focus
