Where are you Samsung?!?

Here's my message to them 2 weeks ago (and the other one was 1 month ago). 

"Good day, Please FIX these: 
* FREEZING & LAGGING of many apps, especially Viber, FB, Instagram, Google Photos, Twitter, etc........ (the only BAND-AID fix is to clean the Cache & Restart the phone, BUT after an hour or so, it goes back to that problem again). 
* CAMERA (front & rear) is much darker now (the result of photos & videos) & there's super long lag with night shots, and it's blurry. 
* Battery life is back to being horrible, as many apps are running in the background, even clearing cache, put it in Saving Power mode 
* The Automatic Brightness is unpredictable and doesn't always follow the ambient & surroundings 
* WiFi & LTE has weaker signal with slow speed 
* Speakers are not as loud as before, it's like a bit muted now (that affects also, voice calling) 
* In-Display Fingerprint Scanner is much slower and finicky 
* Wireless/wired charging, there's time that it doesn't do fast charging, even it was checked already  
I already FACTORY RESET the phone. TY!"

And until now, I & many people still experiencing those problems until now.

Yes, I did send those problem to them directly with one reply that saying to UPDATE my phone and I already did. 

Let them know, we are waiting for the fixes!

a lot of their messages are automated copy/paste stuff. outside of that, you will have to wait for a fix or roll back to A9.

To issues with apps, Samsung cannot fix issues with 3rd Party apps. There app manufacturers or publishers will update their applications to work with the new OS once it's publicly available.

Samsung owes you answers to other issues raised. Having said this, I want you to check your battery usage statistics, as some applications might be responsible for both the heat and battery drains. I am not saying the problem is with apps, but my experiences over the years with beta testing are the bases for these suggestion.

yup, I got the same response yesterday. I was submitting about the lack of the ability to search on this app. same response to update even tho I submitted the request after the most recent update

The beta is over so there isn't any point in submitting bug reports. Stable Android 10 started rolling out to Exynos devices at the start of December. In the United States all 4 carriers need to sign off on Android 10 before anyone gets it so we probably won't see it until January but there won't be any more beta updates or bug fixes.
