So Samsung is telling (not they are actually on the) that even the note devices in the US is now getting the final Android 10 update w even though there beta started after the S10 unlocked?.

Wow that's messed up Samsung, just had to say it.

It's been pretty common knowledge for a few years now that Samsung updates their unlocked phones weeks after the carrier phones.

This is true, but if unlocked gets the beta updates the same time as carrier, then it should get final update same time. At least give that update to beta users and make those who aren't in the beta wait.
