I think the colors on the S10 are messed up in a way, I compared my friends Note 10+ with my S10+ and my screen looks slightly yellow tinted, I do not have Blue light filter on and I have tried to alter my vivid color setting but its still very far off.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
