Samsung Care+I've reported my case to Samsung using the following link: https://my.careplus.co/portal/login.
After reporting the issue, I'm waiting for Bolttech Device Protection Msia Sdn Bhd to contact me via WhatsApp to gather more details about my phone's condition.
Once contacted, they allow to either collect my phone for repair or I can choose to personally visit their repair center.
Upon receiving my phone at my designated address, they will diagnose the issue within one working day.
Once diagnosed, I will need to pay an insurance cost of RM629 for the repair.
The repair process is expected to take two working days.
After the repair is completed, I'll receive my totally 'new phone' back.
Following the repair, Bolttech will reach out to me for feedback to further enhance their services.

Samsung Care+I've looked at Samsung Care+ though certainly there are pros & cons, but it's not an attractive offer, at least to me.
