Samsung Health1. Samsung Health App not working. The error I'm getting is "Can't Open App". Try again. If the problem keeps happening, contact Customer Support (0X240300204F617032421).
Already went to the Service Center and they couldn't be able to fix this.
How can I perform backup and restore solution if there is an update regarding this ?
Appreciate any help!!

If your device needs IMEI reprocessing, it needs to be checked the issue and replaced PBA through a service center.
Please visit the nearest service center and get help to replace PBA of your device.

Samsung HealthThey mentioned that backup and restore solution is going to be applied. How to perform that ?
I know few users they replaced their PBA but still has the same problem so I'm avoiding it.

As you already guided from the error reports, this error code is not related Samsung Health app but to the mobile device HW issue.
For further support, please understand that you need to get help through a service center or the official website.
