Getting Points from Physical Store Purchase

Can we get samsung rewards points when we purchase product from Samsung physical store? If yes, how to go about it?

rewards program is only available for the purchase made from Samsung Malaysia website and Samsung Shop application.

it is not available for the purchase made from physical stores.
