This might happen if the particular voucher has high redemption volume and/or intermittent server issues. Do refresh the Members app, clear cache and retry the process.

As we work on a solution for this, do check the below alternative:
Go to Galaxy Theme > Menu > My stuff > Tick and set Default as themes.
Rest assured the team is working on a permanent fix, which will be included in an upcoming version update.
