Fail on reactivate or adding debit card

Hey guys, I've just purchase a new Samsung device and trying to reactivate my Maybank debit card on my Samsung Pay. But it seems this error message(Refer to the picture) keeps popping up, I thought that it might possibly because of my card still being registered under my old S21FE and I remove the said card then logging out from my Samsung account. Still..... Same issue happened even if I try to add new payment card, anyone got any advice for this?

You can try again tomorrow. Got same error on first day I got the phone. In mean time, remove your device from samsung wallet (setting>manage device) and also call card issuer to reset token, but try again to reinsert card in one day or two...

Thanks buddy, will do that. I've remove all my card information from previous device, I see how it is gonna be by tomorrow. It's my first time this error happen though, as there's no hassle registering on my previous Note 9 and S21FE phone.

I just know that maybank only allow 3 device registration per card, including galaxy watch.

So if you have note9 and s21fe, now this new device, it is now 3, but if you re-register on one of the same device before, for example you reset the note9 and put the same card again, it still counted as new device (2 note9, 1 s21fe), thus you cannot register on new device.

Ahh, there's a possibility. I'll have a check by tomorrow then, see if I can contact Maybank customer service and seek for their help. I purchase Samsung device again because of Samsung Pay, its very convinient and I grow accustomed to just use my phone and waive to pay things. Hahaha.

Yeah. Cannot let go the Samsung Pay feature. Even Google Wallet cannot offer same thing.

lkr, Samsung Pay feature so good. 😄😄 I'm not sure if Malaysia here can fully use Google Wallet already?

You have to call the bank, and ask them to reset your digital token.

Thanks mang, I'm gonna call them by tomorrow. It feels really awkward I can't use Samsung Pay for today.
