Please rectify the failed payment issue on a particular payment terminal

This type of payment terminal (white color), always fail to read from my phone and watch. It is so embarrassing when a payment is fail.

Hope that Samsung and the bank can quickly rectify this issue.

Yeah, agree this white terminal is particularly troublesome. Although I think there are different versions too, cause some work and some don't. 🤷

Recent discovered that this terminal work best when it is sitting flat on the table.
I'll ask the cashier put the terminal on the table before I scan. Lower failure rate.

this issue comes from the terminal. i will ask them to restart the terminal whenever this happens coz the issue is not coming from samsung pay for sure.

turns out after they restarted it, then only the service works
