I think it has something to do with Samsung Knox violation, it's better to send to Samsung service centre to get the software checked out, maybe your apps is having a virus

Salah server ni ,samsung memang lock ,tapi tanya service untuk buka tool ada sana .

Saya punya phone Taiwan built sebab software Malaysia boleh,saya request bila lah yang malaysia nak macam korea,app tv itu kalau boleh dunia pakai.

Same thing here, probably only by replacing phone. Even on service center wouldn't solve it.
