SAMSUNG WALLET. Card and login info lost on latest update

Who here experienced the same thing? This morning I updated the Samsung wallet Apps in the Samsung Store.. after the installation was complete, all the cards and related info in the apps disappeared. I'm very disappointed because the all cards that lost can't be added and now I can't use Wallet to make payments.

I alredy reach the Samsung pay yeam and they said, customers need to contact issuer bank to reset the card tokenization.

I can't even add a card. every single time when I try to take a photo or add card info manually, registration error message will pop up.

You may need to delete/clear the Samsung Wallet app cache from the App Settings. (Don't delete data, just the cache) Give it a try and re-add the card. Good luck.

Already try so many time. And lastly I uninstall and reinstall as suggested by Samsung Pay team. Still no luck adding card to the wallet. Got message "couldn't complete registration. Try again later". Feel down as I used the wallet for everyday payments.

I also got issue after reset my phone. Have to call bank cs to reset token.

Happened same with me. Card i can add again but all my login informations gone which i don't even know. Very disappointed
