There are several Samsung apps that don't have a a full dark mode (all black). The Notes app is only dark in the menu page and not the actual note itself. The Samsung Health app is all white as well as the Galaxy Store. All of Samsung apps should follow this complete dark (black) mode to help preserve a bit of battery and have it easier on the eyes at night!
