I feel like the extra space in folders makes it hard to reach the icons, totally against what One ui stands for, and is a waste of space. The top should be brought down and condensed according to how many lines in the folder are in use. For instance, if you have a folder with only 3 apps in it, there are lines for about 3 more lines of apps. Therefore pushing the 3 apps to the upper left have corner. Making you stretch all the way up and sometimes up and across to access te app you want. But, if the top was brought down minimizing the space below the top row, it would bring them closer to the bottom and easier to reach any on the top row.
