Move UI items to the bottom

Samsung is making all the fuss about the reachability and one handed mode but simple things like search bar at the top and are impossible to reach.

 Also let us resize the icon size and shape. Move icons to the bottom inside the folder so that its easy to reach.

totally agree. I don't understand why the folder opens so big that you struggle to reach icons.

the app folders part is annoying to me as well, theyre too high to reach comfortably in most cases
