Notification Panel Settings

For consistency, it would be nice to have Notification Panel Settings also in the Display section of the main Settings menu. Currently, the notification Panel can only be customized by pulling down twice to access the ellipses. It would be nice for this to be present in both the panel and general settings. If there is another way to modify the settings please let me know.

The Notification Panel has always been customized this way. Instead of having to open Settings>Display for customization purposes having it in the drop down menu allows for simple and easy access.

Understood, however it would be nice to have the settings in two places for those who don't know it's in the panel. I have revised my suggestion to make sure to emphasize having multiple options. Thanks for the feedback TYL3R.
