no, now in the Theme store, when downloading a free theme, before you can do so, you have to watch a 15 second ad

It's obvious your ads are displayed by whatever app is in the foreground.

They make you watch a video ad before you download any free wallpaper from the Theme Store which is ridiculous.

Yeah, the ads are ridiculous. They're in the Phone app under Places too. The S10+ is my first Samsung phone but having ads is really a turn off.
