The responsiveness of the gestures was far better in the first 2 versions of the betas. Now the new gestures are unresponsive and some have been tweaked to make it less useful. Before: The swipe for the task changer was shorter and more responsive which made it more fluid and quicker access. It was also more convenient to swipe straight left or right from the bottom of the screen to quickly change to another opened app. Now, you have to make a short swipe up followed by a swipe to the right to do what was done before with only one gesture and was able to choose if right or left. I have changed my navigation sensitivity to high but does not solve the problem because this is not about the phone not reading my gestures, the problem is the change of gesture inputs needed to do these actions. Please Like if you think that it was better in the first 2 betas.
It seems like there needs to be a compromise between the two, because the previous way caused me to switch apps, when swiping scrolling menus at the bottoms of some apps, while this option prevents that, it's harder to do and more likely you'll accidentally swipe home instead. The gesture to open the multitasking windows is definitely noticeably harder to activate as well. I'm sure they'll fix this as long as we communicate it to them, because the rest of the beta 3 update works gorgeously.
