Voice Assistant on Android Auto on my phone no longer works with the Betas. Everything else in Android Auto works fine and it even seems to listen to me and do what I need, but if I need an answer or explanation from the assistant, or a text message read, it doesn't work, because assistant is completely silent, always. I raised the volume for the assistant on my car and it still doesn't work. It worked fine before the Betas without any settings changed.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
