I have just gotten an A54 on M1 5G network. After that, my WhatsApp calls ALWAYS experience "Reconnecting" very frequently. Like every 5mins or so. Also, when I hotspot my connection, my other handset WiFi intermittently shows x in the WiFi icon.
Is this an A54 handset issue? Or phone settings? Or... ??
I believe it is telco. I switch out of m1. The data connection might show that it is there but there is no data connectivity even outdoor without no high rise building around me. I am fed up and switch to redONE and bammm no issue
Yes, it is a telco issue. After a few messages with Mindy(?), managed to chat with a real person.
Got them to reset at their backend and I reset my network connection. After that, no more issue. So if you experience similar issue, this is a potential fix you can try to apply.
