Our Galaxy phones come with many battery features such as Adaptive battery and Fast charging. One feature that isn't turned on by default but can help improve the overall lifespan of your battery is the Protect battery feature.
When enabled, it limits your phone's battery from being charged above 85% to preserve your battery lifespan in the long run. Let's see how you can enable it here.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Battery and device care.
Step 2. Tap on Battery.
Step 3. Scroll down and tap on More battery settings.
Step 4. Turn on the switch for Protect battery.
