App just crashed after One UI 5.1update on 15 Sept 2023

Updated on my S23 Ultra and found my Starbucks app just crashed and failed to start. Tried to remove and open app after reinstallation a few times. No one seems to know or reported workaround. As a last resort and it just works,>> remove the app, restart the phone and install app. And it works!

I hope the next UI 6 upgrade won't crash my payment app (has relied on Samsung and going cardless) Samsung technical team can please work better on the user experience.

I've just updated my S23 Ultra, so far I've yet to face any issues.

Yes, I was referring to after the 1st auto- restart from the update.

faced no problem. but sometimes we need updates for apps to initalise with the new OS. akin to how we do so on windows. maybe android isn't very well-gelled with respective manufacturers' OS..

everytime i did OS update, i will manually do a restart after the system's

and also if there are mass apps update through playstore, i will do another restart.. sometimes you will see OneUI icon appearing to saybthey are optimising apps. so i guess what you are facing is circumstance like this

haha finally my turn to apps crash. and it's not Samsung UI issue. i sort the review by date on Play Store and everyone keeps complaining
