Assistance needed!

Can someone from Samsung assist me on the above so I can justify to condemn the above 19 inches LCD Monitor Model 940B?

It was bought in 

Reason cited must be one of the following and must be from SamSung personnel :

1. Have reached end-of-life (EOL); or
2. Cannot be repaired; or
3. Is beyond economical repair, supported by reasonable comparison and justification
