Auto camera back up one drive

IHi I have a S24 Ultra. I'm having problems with turning on auto camera back up in onedrive. I've sync my photos from gallery to ondrive but still can't turn on auto back up please can someone help

There are settings for both of the apps. tap allow/turn on backup on both applications.
