help. paano gamitin? matic ba na mag turn off pag binalik ko sa case? may kailangan ba i dl na app? bakit walang widget para sa buds? sa shopee po inorder to paano malalaman kung original? sana masagot po hehe. thanks :))

Make sure the case is open before connecting.

It's an original model once you can pair it with the Wearable App, clones can't be paired with the app at all. And yes, once you put them in the case, and you turn off the lid, they automatically charge, but they don't turn off unless the battery is empty.
