My S10 camera kept failing and can't be opened after the last software update.
Reset camera settings, safe mode and factory reset (painful) and it still didn't work.
The funny thing is, the error is intermittent. Used to be ok 80% of the time after update. Now it's 90% of the time not ok and camera failed warning. Very upsetting.
The Samsung hotline only advise for me is... buy a new phone. Or wait till there are fixes. Like huh!?!
Anybody has same issue?
