Camera issues with S21 Ultra

Dear all fellow members

My Galaxy S21 Ultra camera is facing blurry image issues which i am unsure is caused by software or hardware. Refer to attached all lights exposure are extremely horrible and image detail is bad. 

I have compared with my mid-low end phone POCO M3 which capture even better photo quality. Have anyone encountered such issues and kindly share how you fix it?

I have also manage to capture some OK photo but I think this is not supposed to be the quality of S21 Ultra camera. Please help guys, thanks in advanc3

Suggest to turn off HDR in camera setting for some lighting condition, and remove or not using the lens protection which cause degradation of image quality and flare
