Camera Moist

Recently my s24 ultra got rain water. Im sure about the "splash proof" that time so im not worried, not a little bit. But suddenly moist build up in both front and rear camera. I dont know how this happen. Its just a 5 mins expose to the rain. Then now My camera app showin camera failed.. please help

Mahirap yan. When mo lang na bili ang unit? Kasi baka na degrade yung Ingress Protection ng device

August ko binili e.. tapos sa samsung care ko expired na daw nung may 13 2025 yung warranty ko..

Ang hirap na sitwasyon nga nyan. Dapat ma escalate yan kasi quality ng phones ang naka taya

Tama.. the fact na hindi pa to na repair ever since.. i dont kung saan pwede i escalate ang ganitong bagay..

helloo, when did you buy the unit?? my s23 ultra got dipped under water and all, yet its still working perfectly. i recommend restarting it before using it, if it doesnt, go to the samsung customer service🥲

I bought it aug 2024.. but in my samsung care it says the warranty expired last may 13 2025, i dont know what happen

I did restart i dip in rice and use silica gel it lessen the moist. But when i charge it the moist build up again.
