Can't buy themes without credit card or PayPal

I have virtual card though from paymaya but the message would always be

" your credit card was declined by the card issuer..."

If your virtual card is a Visa / Mastercard it should be able to purchase themes. You may also connect your PayMaya card to your PayPal account and use it to pay through there :) 

Would you mind trying a different card or registering your card to your PayPal account.

The virtual card from maya doesn't work. Only the physical card from maya works. Any visa/mastercard

There's an extra set-up process to enable the virtual card for payments.
