Can't find sync in settings of Samsung notes and Samsung cloud

Hi I can't turn on sync for Samsung notes in its settings and Samsung cloud. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I did sign in already for few weeks but the Samsung notes sync doesn't appear there. Thanks for ur reply!

1. Soft Reset (Force Restart)
2. Safe mode
3. Software Update
4. Reset Settings
