It is so disappointing that we purchase a 45 watts charger that lasted only for 1 month. My goodness ! 1 month life span. Imagine that, 3,000 Php every month! What kind of accessory samsung is offering us. Tried returning back to the store and said that replacement is only for 7 days. This is going to be samsung's image. I think this is the beginning of me talking bad to your service. You guys have great phones but thumb's down to accessory. Very unacceptable. Does it mean we need to purchase charger every month? What kind of care does your charger need aside from the total and complete care we give? Can somebody answer me why samsung keeps on manufacturing failed chargers that last for a month?

I doubt those only have 7-day warranty. The exchange is 7-days but if it fails the warranty should cover. I've never had a stock charger fail. I don't have the 45W accessory though since I use 3rd party fast chargers.

I can assure you that the charger is definitely a failure. I would love to post the receipt of when I purchased the item as well as show the store location but since I still care about protecting their profile, I decided not to. At least I showed a little care about them. I could be happier if community here will bash the store itself if it's not samsung but I think the brand itself will also be impacted. What do you think, should I vent out showing the receipt or just keep it? Coz I think samsung doesnt care about it anyway. They couldnt even replace it as a courtesy for inconvenience.

This has happened to me twice. I also bought one time online and it didnt last long, although it took a year before it malfuntioned. Still, not acceptable. Now, it happened again. This time, it took only a month. So frustrating. I guess xiami charger with 120 watts is doable

You can buy any charger depending on your favorite brands and their quality.
