I am writing to ask regarding this notif, see the attached picture. I don't usually use mobile data because we have Wifi so it's my first time having this situation. Anw, I have spent all of my data load already and still have this notif. It is obnoxious of me but I find it annoying (because I tend to clear my notifs all the time but whenever there is one notif that can't be cleared, I became cranky or edgy).

To turn off this notification warning, go to Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Mobile Data Usage > Gear Icon on Top Right Part > and turn off the "Set Data Warning" toggle and you're good to go! You can also increase your data usage to a higher allocation if you don't want to completely turn it off.
