Whenever I open and close the messenger bubble, there's a delay of 1 to 3 secs on screen touch. Is this normal? Can this be configured or fixed?

There was an issue with the Messenger bubble. Everyone (even me) has experienced the same issue. It happened on my A32 5G after Android 12 update. Try restarting your phone.

I'm using S22 Ultra and I didn't experienced this until the last update. Even with my previous phone S20 Ultra. So is this Messenger's fault or Samsung's?

I think it's Samsung's fault. Try opening the bubble in Safe mode.

I'm always thinking of what you're pointing about opening it on safe mode... Booting in Safe mode? apps there won't work either.

It's messenger's fault for removing bubbles and reverting back to chat heads. That won't hide while bubbles can hide while on immersive mode. But can't blame those ho hate bubbles since the android 11 update. They could've just made an option between chat heads and bubbles. That is why it causes a delay. As messenger didn't think about the new floating bubble. And they didn't program their app well. I miss the Bubbles. (THAT IS WHY IT CAUSES A DELAY SINCE ANDROID 12 IS NEWER THAN MESSENGER'S FEATURES) Incompatibility sabihin nalang natin

Safe mode won't work so, try wiping cache partition in recovery mode.
