SupportSamsung outsources delivery/installation to service providers. I purchased a TV from the Samsung Brand Store on Lazada. The service provider would at first only commit to a delivery date. I told them it is unreasonable to have me wait the whole day and so asked for an approximate time. After many calls/ messages the service provider promised to give me a time y 10.30 a.m. on delivery date. After several calls/ WA messages they finally informed me at 11.30 am that the TV will be delivered between 1-4 p.m. In effect I will be waiting the whole day for delivery. Samsung has no respect for its customers. I will go for other brands in future or not buy from Samsung stores at all!

SupportAfter 7 months, none of the samsung community managers or staff not even spend little effort to calm their customer or try to resolve issue. Not only for this, is for all complaint/feedback. While pushing hard on marketing side, where Malaysian easily fall to.
