Email to ceo link is broken

I try to send email via email to ceo on www.samsung.com/sg/contact

After filling in and submit, it keep getting error. Is there alternative path?

i faced the same issue. wasted my time filling up the form. basically all forms of email contact doesn't seem to work. either links to an invalid page or routes me back to the main page.
